We supply, install, overhaul and refurbish centrifugal pumps for process duty across Pakistan's refineries, power stations and petrochemical plants — including API 610 process pumps, vertical pumps and submersible pumps. Where equipment is obsolete or spares are no longer available from the original manufacturer, we engineer alternatives.

What we supply

  • API 610 process pumps — overhung, between-bearing and vertically suspended types (OH, BB and VS classifications)
  • Vertical pumps — vertical turbine, sump and can-type
  • Submersible pumps
  • General industry centrifugal pumps
  • Pump spares — impellers, shafts, wear rings, bearings, casings and seal chambers, including reverse-engineered components

Heritage brands we support

Flowserve's pump heritage covers many of the nameplates found in Pakistani plants. We supply spares, upgrades and replacement units for:

  • Worthington
  • Byron Jackson
  • Pacific Pumps
  • Niigata
  • Ingersoll-Dresser
  • United Pumps

Standards

API 610 is the API standard for centrifugal pumps in petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas service. It specifies design, materials, testing and documentation to a level suited to continuous, severe-duty operation.

Services

Pump selection and hydraulic engineering · supply · site installation · commissioning · repair · refurbishment and overhaul · rerate and upgrade · reverse engineering of obsolete components · field service.

Frequently asked questions

Can you overhaul a pump you did not supply?

Yes. We overhaul installed equipment from a wide range of manufacturers, including obsolete units.

Can you supply spares for a pump that is out of production?

In most cases, yes — either through Flowserve's heritage brand support or by reverse engineering from the physical component.

What is the difference between API 610 and a general industry pump?

API 610 imposes stricter requirements on materials, shaft deflection, bearing life, sealing, baseplate rigidity, testing and documentation. It is written for continuous hydrocarbon service where an unplanned failure is a safety and production event.
